Manufacturing begins within 30 minutes of the job transmission. Once complete, orders will be shipped back to you using overnight service (M-F) to ensure outstanding turnaround time.

We commit to shipping 95% of your orders within 7 business days from the time we receive your patient’s frame. Customer Service Professionals can assist with your questions, orders, or concerns. Our Lockbourne lab operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 362 days per year to provide timely service to your patients.
