Rx jobs are considered “in the manufacturing process” as soon as the order begins processing. Any cancellation of an Rx job for which the lenses “are in the manufacturing process” will result in the job being billed at 50% of private pay pricing. Any cancellation of an Rx job that has been completed by the lab will result in the job being billed at private pay pricing. Contact customer service to cancel an order
To change an order, contact customer service to first cancel the order. A new order can then be resubmitted with the necessary changes.
Frame Shipment 30 Day Policy
Frames must be received at the lab within 30 days of the order being placed. If frames are not received within the 30 day period the order will be cancelled.
